Azure SQL DB now has a number of great tools to help sizing, scaling, monitoring and performance tuning your database solutions. This talk will provide an overview of resource usage monitoring, scaling capabilities and techniques as well as performance tuning tools that you can use today, such as Query Store, Index Advisor, Extended Events and DMVs.
